How It Works

Our first step with you is to engage in a one hour consultation during which we focus on understanding you or your organizations’ situation(s) and what the objectives of your relationship with us are.

Based on the results of our initial interview, we may propose performing a 360 assessment or other assessments as indicated. We are certified to
administer the Profile XT and the Genos International EI assessments should they fit your organizations’ situation.

All our solutions are custom to you and your organization and can be individual or team focused to accommodate your needs.

From a career in public service working on USG strategic international issues, L.J. Macko offers clients the highest level of discretion and confidentiality conducive to developing relationships focused on the client gaining real insights.

L.J. Macko brings to you, the client, the proven Strategic Engagement and Strategy Execution experience acquired as an Industrial Engineer/Project Manager in the private sector, in US Army Special Forces and in strategic positions working with US Government (USG)/Military/Federal Law Enforcement in multi-cultural/multi-country roles.

In addition to the valuable insights gained from lifelong experiences, L.J. brings the subject matter expertise required to obtain the following professional credentials:
